We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Mind Map subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open the relevant order and follow the prompts to request a refund.
3. Alternatively, contact us through the support channel inside the Service and we will help you process the request through Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your account menu. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
