Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mind Map (the "Service"), operated by Mind Map ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if acting on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

Mind Map is an AI-assisted scheduling product that turns voice or text brain dumps into structured schedules, reminders, and recurring tasks. Specific features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) use it unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; (c) interfere with security, probe, scan, or scrape; (d) upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates a third party's rights.

5. AI features

The Service uses AI models to interpret your input. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before acting on them, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. We may filter or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that abuse these features.

6. Account and credentials

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, including software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your access ends; you may export your data on request for a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
